We invite you to join us to Prepare (learn the basic facts, rules and regulations), Plan (develop your strategy for attack). Practice (refine and test your combat skills), and Pursue (go to war armed with effective weapons) a life of freedom from anxiety & depression.

Using Dr. Mike Marino's materials, this 11 week course will cover these mental health concerns from a biological, psychological, social, and spiritual perspective.
