Spiritual Direction is a gentle, faith-rooted space to slow down, reflect, and notice God’s presence in your everyday life. Together, we listen for God’s movement in your life and make room for deeper awareness, discernment, and response.
At its heart, spiritual direction is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space to listen well — to your life, to your heart, and to the Holy Spirit.
Spiritual direction may be a good fit for you if you are longing to slow down, listen for God more attentively, and notice His presence in your everyday life. It can be especially helpful in seasons of overwhelm, transition, grief, discernment, spiritual dryness, or when you simply desire a deeper relationship with God.
Spiritual direction helps create space to notice God’s presence in your everyday life. In sessions, we prayerfully pay attention to where God may be moving in your joys, questions, longings, struggles, and ordinary daily experiences.
Growing in self-understanding can help you notice what shapes you, where you feel stuck, and how God may be inviting you into deeper freedom and wholeness. At times, I may draw on reflective tools such as the Enneagram to support greater awareness, compassion, and growth within the spiritual direction process.
As we grow in awareness of God and ourselves, we often begin to notice our relationships differently as well. Spiritual direction can help you reflect on patterns, boundaries, connection, reconciliation, and the ways God may be at work in your relationships with others.
